hidden lake hockey
that was so much fun. last january, we had an extremely cold, but also dry few weeks of weather. such weather resulted in washoe lake and hidden lake freezing over thick enough for us to safely skate on them. we went to bryce’s and played everyday for hours, with people having to use my shitty used goalie skates. haha the first day bryce had 2 left skates because i made a mistake and grabbed the wrong ones. wow that was a fun week or week and a half. when we werent quite sure if the ice was still thick enough, matt tied david to a canoe and we followed from a safe distance as david ripped around and jabbed his skate-heel into the ice.
